Continuing its effort to look good to investors and please its advertising clients, Facebook announced that it will show advertisements as user posts in the timeline. These advertisements will be differentiated by a small ‘sponsored’ indicator at the bottom. It also intends to simplify the advertising choices by asking advertisers a series of questions. So be on the lookout – the next friendly advice may not be from your friend!
Taco Bell sacks employee for inappropriate Facebook post
A Taco Bell employee who posted a photo that showed him licking a stack of Tacos – presumably made for a customer – had gone viral and caused a lot of angst to the Mexican food chain earlier last week. Taking an offensive stand, the company said it is in the process of terminating the employee and assured its customers that the Taco shells were only for training purposes.

LinkedIn has booked office space at Bangalore, India with capacity of 750 people across various functions such as customer service, sales, and engineering. LinkedIn has the second largest user base in India after the US and accounts for 9% of LinkedIn global members.
